These Terms apply exclusively to the Website. The use of our software platform at accountly-app.com is governed by separate terms, which are available within the application.

(b) Accountly LTD's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Website shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100).
(c) Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pafos, Cyprus.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you shall also enjoy the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms shall affect your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
20. Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):
