Accountly is a technology platform and intermediary for accounting services. Accountly is not an accounting firm or a law firm. We help businesses and independent accountants meet and work together through our technology.

Accounting work is provided by your matched independent accountant. Their identity, service scope, professional responsibilities and the contracting arrangement must be confirmed in your written agreement before work begins.

The Accountly guarantee

If your Accountly accountant makes an error or misses an agreed filing deadline, Accountly arranges the full correction and pays the resulting fines. This commitment concerns errors and agreed deadlines within the contracted service.

The written agreement records the covered services, respective responsibilities and claim process. A business still owes the tax that is properly due. The guarantee does not mean that every tax assessment or business cost is a fine, or that no authority can ever raise a query.

Fixed monthly pricing

The main monthly accounting offer is €190 with support for the agreed work included. Standalone service prices, billing units, minimums and exclusions are listed on the service pages. Additional work must not be charged twice when it is already included in a package. All Accountly prices exclude VAT and independent audit. The €190 monthly arrangement includes the agreed accounting work, support and full access to Sumly. Independent audit has a separate provider, engagement and fee. The written agreement records the work and responsibilities before you accept an engagement. No payment or contract is created by browsing this website or preparing a brief.

Illustrative scenarios

The five scenarios on the homepage are fictional examples. They do not describe identified businesses, verified Cyprus incidents, actual clients or proven failings by any accountant. The amounts illustrate accounting entries or records requiring attention. They are not calculated losses, tax overpayments, penalties or estimates of what a visitor might save.

The appearance of a business expense in a record does not itself establish that it is deductible. Actual treatment depends on the facts and applicable law.

Software and demonstration screens

Your Accountly agreement includes a Sumly accounting software licence, alongside the agreed accounting work and support. You and your matched accountant can work from the same business records. Full access to the Sumly accounting technology is included in your Accountly agreement. Your written agreement records access and licence arrangements. The website’s dashboard and report graphics are illustrative designs, not live client records or a promise that the software’s interface looks exactly as shown. Access is provided as part of the agreed service setup.

Legal and relocation support

If your business needs legal or relocation help, Relocated helps connect customers with independent professionals. A lawyer provides legal advice under their own engagement. Accountly does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Ask about the proposed professional’s identity, qualifications, experience and fees before instructing them.
